The electrical needs to go in at the right moment, before the walls are lined, and be ready to finish once the painters are done. We plan the scope with you and your builder up front, so cabling, lighting and points are set out correctly and nothing holds up the rest of the site.

Usually in two stages. First the rough-in, where we run cabling, install boxes and set out lighting and power before the walls are lined. Then the fit-off, once painting and finishes are done, where we install the fittings, fans, switches and points and test everything. We coordinate the timing around your builder and other trades.

Yes. We're happy to work alongside your builder, kitchen installer, plumber and other trades, and we plan the electrical scope so it fits the build program and nobody holds anyone else up.

Yes. All work is completed by a licensed electrician (Licence 90118) and you receive a Certificate of Electrical Safety on completion. We also make sure smoke alarms meet current Queensland requirements as part of a renovation.

Often, yes.
